She is a Professor and the Senior Associate Vice Provost for Research. She participates in numerous graduate programs, such as immunology, biophysics, and cancer biology. The main goal of Dr. Cochran's research is to create instruments for science and biomedical research by studying biological systems through integrative methodologies.[edit]
