Welcome Racers. Thank you for taking the time to read the neighbourhood rules. We are a very friendly group, but we can also be well organized, so please take a minute to learn these simple guidelines.

1. When speaking to someone specific in the chat, their names need to be used in capital letters. Example: No sorry I don't have that right now, CHELLE. or CARMEN, do you have corn for me?

2. Before selling anything in your market, by advertising it to other players online, first share this to the neighbourhood members, by announcing only "SIMM". Some of your fellow members might be needing the products you are selling.

3. If you are selling something to a specific person in the neighbourhood, this is announced as SIMM, followed by the person's name in capital letters. Example: SIMM IMMY

NOTE!: If it is NOT your name after SIMM, it is not yours to buy.

4. Communication is key in this neighbourhood. You need to stay in touch with us. Bad manners and attitude is not tolerated. Do not come online and shout out requests if you have not even said hello.

5. When RACING, speak to your fellow online members before choosing a task. Decide together what would work the best for everyone. This will also keep you from taking a task someone else has been preparing for.

6. When RACING, if a player is busy with an ASSIST TASK, only he/she helps with assisting other players. Keep an eye on the task board to know what others are busy with.

7. When RACING, do not play for yourself, this is a team game, and that's the way we win.
