Rather than adding to an existing article, my group will probably create a new page dedicated to the development of the U.S.-Mexican Agua Prieta Pipeline and indigenous resistance movements against its construction.

lead section:

The U.S.-Mexican Agua Prieta Pipeline is a natural gas project that is set to be constructed across the U.S.-Mexican border through the Yaquis tribe's community land. Although the construction of this pipeline violates the autonomy of this indigenous group as well as the Mexican constitution, the company has received a go-ahead from the Mexican government and plans to move forward with construction. This has led numerous community members from the indigenous tribe to speak out and mobilize against this effort.
