Hello! My name is Madame LMS and I am a graduate student in Library and Information Science, born in the United Kingdom and now living in northern Colorado. My interests (when I am not studying, and I study a lot) include reading, gardening, cooking, travel, and photography. Because I am a non-traditional-age graduate student, I have also been a professional photographer, a technical writer, and a special education paraprofessional. I am also a classically trained soprano and sing opera. My interests include geography, history (especially Medieval and Renaissance history and ancient history, particularly concerning human activity from the end of the last Ice Age glacial maximum up to the rise of Egypt), literature, and anything to do with France or the Indian subcontinent, which is where some of my ethnic heritage comes from. My bachelor's degree is in English Literature with minors in French and Journalism, and I was both born in and have lived in Europe, making me a dual citizen. I look forward to contributing to Wikipedia in a meaningful, responsible, neutral way.
