Born Mallan Kamanga, on 7 April 1976, later changed his name to Yohane Mallan Kamanga. He went to Mathandani Full Primary school primary school and later got transfer to Mtangatanga Full Primary school. After writing PLSC, Mallan Kamanga was selected to Mzimba Secondary school. He failed to study at Mzimba Secondary school due to school fees, his parent could not afford to pay him school fees. He later Joined a Distance Education Center (DEC) at Mathandani DEC where he studied form 1 and 2, since the school forms were stopping on junior level, Mallan Kamanga moved to Lupaso DEC where he studied form 3 term 1 and 2. He was transferred from Lupaso DEC to St John Bosco Secondary School where he did the last term of form 3. Mallan Kamanga did not manage to pay school fees at this boarding school and left St John Bosco to Chikangawa DEC where he did his Form Four. Tertiary Education Mallan Kamanga had a chance to go to University but people who surrounded him did not wish him well as they did not give him the right information about what to do and how it he failed to register for university entry. He later joined Soche Technical college where he did his certificate and diploma in Business Administration. He later applied for mature entry at university of Malawi, Polytechnic where he did Post Graduate diploma. Work Experience In 2002 Mallan Kamanga Joined RAIPLY Malawi Limited Chikangawa and later he was transferred to RAIPLY Malawi Limited Limbe Branch. In 2005 he resigned from RAIPLY Malawi Limited and Joined duo Lecturing team at Soche Technical College and Institute of Business Administration College. He was mainly lecturing in Business Management and Accounting. He lectured at Soche Technical College for 2 years and Institute of Business Administration for 1 year. In 2007, he resigned at Soche Technical College and Joined Bakemans Confectioneries Limited as an Administration and Human Resources Manager. On 21 September 2009, Mallan Kamanga resigned from Bakemans Confectioneries Limited and Joined Malawi Sun Hotel and Conference Centre as Human Resources Manager. In 2011, Jim Nelson, Director of Save The Lives International asked to joined him as Human Resources Director where he was working on part time basis. Further Studies Thinking that education loses value every day, Mallan Kamanga Joined Columbia Commonwealth University, doing Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He graduated in 2015 at Bachelor of Business Student majoring in Strategic Management.
