Early life[edit]

Mario Santilli was born on March 5, 1981, in District of Columbia, the 2nd youngest of 4 children birthed by Mother Terry Santilli, owner of a cleaners business, and Thomas Santilli, ceramic tile Business owner. Mario's introduction into formal music dates back to the age of 10 when he first joined the Sterling Park Elementary school choir. Once in middle school Mario joined the South Seminole Middle School band program as he began to learn Tenor Sax. Due to his mother mother's illness, Mario was moved with family to Baltimore Maryland in 1994. There he finished his middle (Woodlawn Middle) and high school (Milford Mill Academy) career. Before high school graduation, Mario would have attended the Milford Mill Academy Marching Band under the direction of his early inspiration, head band director Mr. James Gough. Mario went on to join the Magnificent Marching Machine as a student at Morgan State University. Mario while studying music at Morgan State, would develop a knack and love for Musical composition. He started to arrange top 40 records for the marching band under the watchful eye of head band director, Mr. Melvin Miles. Santilli while a memeber of the band played the tenor sax, mellophone and functioned as the band's drum major. Mario's interest in composition was shifted towards production by a close childhood friend, William Birckhead who would encourage Mario to pursue a career in music. While still in college, Mario's production start would take place in his college dormitory where he would create musical production and record students and local talent in his dorm room closet. Post college Mario would go on to work fulltime at Verizon Wireless while continuing his growth as a young and developing producer and engineer. Mario would later quit his job at Verizon to pursue his musical endeavors as a fulltime carrer.

In January 31, 2010, Mario walked out of Verizon Wireless. This would mark the very last time that he would ever work outside of his own company and/or branding. Mario would temporary shelve Fire Starters Inc in 2014 in order to focus on establishing his own branding "MSuperProducer". In 2016 Mario would sign a none-exclusive production deal with Universal/Concore. In 2017 Mario would produce a Commercial record for Tatyana Ali "Ghost Town" for an album released by the U.N. to sponsor the fight against human trafficking.

“For me, music is a vehicle of emotional expression. My only concern is that the vehicle is built correctly in order to delivery the desired emotion to its desired audience."
