For twenty months on another Wikipedia account, I took part in deleting over a thousand articles from Wikipedia. Yeah it felt great removing vanity, spam, fancruft and advertisements. It was fun. But you know, I wasn't accumulating anything -- ever had that feeling?

I realised that removing content is far easier than adding it. I had five thousand edits but only contributed five articles.

I want to move on and start anew. This time I will do nothing but create new articles.

This user is a member of the Association of Inclusionist Wikipedians.

The motto of the AIW is conservata veritate, which translates to "with the preserved truth".
This motto reflects the inclusionist desire to change Wikipedia only when no knowledge would be lost as a result.
