This is a genetic disorder that occurs when the chromosomes 4, 5, and 8 become loosely connected. In this case, small, possibly open soars, or boils, appear on the hands, feet, and occasionally the back of a human being. However it is not a case of boils. It is a more severe version that normally occurs in adults. [1] [2] [3]

Tests

Tests for MDP-X are odd nonetheless. These include rubbing the ear while the leg remains in place and sending an electric charge through the ear down to the foot to see if it moves. Doctors may then x-ray the patients to find traces of such problems with the chromosomes. Or simply check the karyotype of the human. ----

Symptoms

Symptoms include the following: Blurry vision, Rugged Feet (cramping or aching pains), Irritation of the spots of the skin with the boil like spots, Grossness to other people who encounter a person with it.

Treatments

A serious of painful injections in the lower thighs and arm. No Joke! Just like the movies, this is actually a real serious of painful injections. Ointments are also made to relieve itching or pain to spots for prolonged periods of time.

Discovery

Believe it or not, this specific genetic disorder was discovered by the great Elvis Presly in 1968. He discovered it with "a sneeze to heaven" as it was nicknamed. While on stage during a performance, Elvis looked up to sneeze and covered his mouth with his hand, but he noticed a rather large pimple on his hand. After the show, he went to the doctor to get it checked out and it turned out to be, at the time, a bad case of a boil. But the doctor looked further into it. He discovered it was different than a boil and later deemed it a new genetic disorder. He jokingly asked Elvis what it would be called and Elvis rambled off "Mentaldistro-Phusysillia X." The Doctor accepted the name and surprisingly, that is how MDP-X came about.

Miscellaneous Information

Less than 1% of the world's population has this genetic disorder. It is very rare due to the rareness of 3 mutations on a single karyotype. Keep in mind that 1% of the world's population is, while still a large number, is quite small in a universal view of the amount of people in the world. When Elvis' doctor realized his spot was abnormal, he leaped for joy at the thought of discovering a new disorder to patten. unfortunately when the story was explained, Elvis gained credit for this bizarre disease.
