MERSEY MASALA Inc., is a production company owned by Paul Flattery and Karin Mani Flattery. It has produced the annual American Cinematheque Award which honors movie stars at the height of their careers, since 1994 and the American Humane Association's "Hero Dog Awards" for the last five years/ Previously it produced more than 20 years of the annual Genesis Awards (for the Humane Society of the United States).
Mersey Masala Inc is also an f/s/o for producer/writer/director Paul Flattery and producer Karin Mani Flattery.
