‘GHETTI of ‘87

Italian-Canadians are most widely known for creating Spaghetti. In the famine of ‘87 none of the celery grew and people had nothing but noodles, rotten tomatoes, and goat milk. A mother of 21 starving children created a pasta of noodles and tomato paste. She named it after her favorite son Spaghetti. Now it’s a popular meal. Mmmm nothing like that tasty ‘ghetti
