Michael Heinen-Anders, * 25.02.1960 in Cologne, is a poet, graduate economist and anthroposophic author.

Heinen-Anders conducted studies as economics and social scientist at the Universities of Wuppertal and Cologne, in addition to the TH Cologne, he earned a degree in economics (Bergische Universität Wuppertal 1989), and lives in Cologne. In the period 1975 - 1977 he worked as an e-gittarist in a rock band. From 1980 to 1982 he worked as a volunteer adviser for conscientious objectors in the T.O.T. MAGADHA, Cologne-Junkersdorf. 1979 - one hundred years after the beginning of the Michael Age - first encounter with Anthroposophy , while working as a bookseller at the Academic Bookstore Franz Potthoff in Bergisch Gladbach. He has been a member of the Anthroposophical Society since 1994. Since the end of 2011 he is also a member of the Free School of Spiritual Science ( Goetheanum ). He was co-editor of the Handzeichen (literary newspaper) and board member of the Workshop for Democracy Development (WDE) eV, Cologne and in the years 1995 - 1997 board member of the Elias Initiativgemeinschaft eV (Flensburg). In addition, Michael Heinen-Anders was from 1989 - 2007 (with an interruption) also a board member (Personnel Manager) of the KEKS eV (Cologne parents and children self-help). Heinen-Anders also worked in the fields of business development, social welfare and administration. He worked from 1990 to 1993 as a consultant for "measures against unemployment " at the DRK Landesverband Nordrhein (Dusseldorf). He gained additional qualifications in non-profit management (at mibeg, Cologne, 1996/1997) and in debt counseling, with an internship at Verein Scale eV in Cologne and further training in Berlin. From 1998 - 2000 he was a research assistant at the Office for Urban Development and Statistics of the City of Cologne. He also worked in several positions (at the "Vingster Treff", Cologne, at the Caritasverband, Cologne and at the IB, Frechen as well as at the VfS Cologne eV) as a debtor advisor/social advisor, each appointed for a limited period of time. Michael Heinen-Anders obtained another additional qualification in 2005 in tax law "for economists and lawyers" (at mibeg, Cologne). As a " trainee " he finally romped in the following areas: "Cluster study" (City of Cologne) and project "Bankruptcy forecasts" (Federal Institute for Vocational Training, Bonn) and in the project "Computer encryption" (University bookstore Witsch + Behrendt, Cologne). After that, Michael Heinen-Anders gave tuition in "accounting" and "organizational theory", both for students and pupils. He also occasionally supported a Cologne social supervisor in her work. He is a member of Alliance 90 / The Greens, Ortsverband Troisdorf / District Association Rhein-Sieg (former residence), divorced since 2005 and has two adult daughters (born in 1986 and 1987), in their education in childhood and puberty, he had a decisive role.

Michael Heinen-Anders is currently engaged in research in the field of social threefolding, anthroposophical issues ( historical symptomatology ) and biografical questions.
