Family & Education

[edit]

Michael is the only boy of two siblings (exclusive) - a sister, an elder one.

Even though he is very well advanced in programming, he attributes this fact to the relentless personal studies and researches he did online. Michael clearly used websites like htmlgoodies.com and dhtmlgoodies.com to their fullest when he started programming, thereby unleashing his best potentials. Today his favorite tutorial website is Netuts.

Michael is an old student of Mfantsipim_School and furthered his education at Regent University College of Science and Technology where he pursued BSc. Accounting and Information Systems. It was after his second year in University that he decided to hang the gloves - not for financial constraints and/or poor grades - but to make time for and grow his start-up company, Kursor Solutions.

For Michael, Accounting was getting "boring", the more reason why he felt good abandoning the course. He however joined the Open University. Abondoned that, and went to SMU. Interestingly, he abondoned that too because the lectures were really no good. He had by this time gained a lot of experience in his field of study (Software Development) and just needed the paper to back him up.

Michael apps have very appealing user interfaces and attributes his UI skill to his mentor - Mark Davies. Mark Davies was Michael's boss at Esoko. Mark always pushed him to get simpler with the UI and pay critical attention to detail.

Occupation & Future Projects
