The Stamford Endowed Schools are comprised of Stamford School, Stamford High School and Stamford Junior School. The Schools are overseen by a single Principal and each of the Schools has its own Headmaster or Headmistress. Stamford Endowed Schools are the second largest employer in Stamford, with more than 450 staff members.

Amongst the secretariat function of the Stamford Endowed Schools are a Bursary Office, administrating the finance and estates management, and a maintenance team.
