Minnat Rahmani also Known as Minnatullah Rahmani is an Indian Politician, affiliated to Indian National Congress. He was appointed as the Chairman of Minority Department of Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee in February 2014 by Indian National Congress President Sonia Gandhi. He was the MLA Candidate of INC from Supaul Assembly Constituency and got huge votes but looses with Bihar Power Minister Vijendra Prasad Yadav with less Margin.
