Mahmoud Osman (born 1983 in Cairo) is an Egyptian Sports Law Counsel.

Member of the Egyptian Bar Association.

Mahmoud has been in International Sports Law field for almost twelve years.

Egyptian Lawyer with an Ex Football Professional background as a goalkeeper for Tersana SC in Egyptian Football League.

Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for the past fourteen years, Mahmoud has represented too many sports institutes, Football Clubs before FIFA tribunals, Court of Arbitration for Sports CAS, Asian Football Confederation AFC and United Arab Emirates Football Association UAEFA.

He holds a degree in International Sports Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece.

An LL.B degree from Ain Shams University in Cairo.

Currently, he is the Director of Legal Affairs and Disputes of Hatta FC (United Arab Emirates).

He also has multiple partnerships with Al Amiri Group for Sports Legal Consultations and Information Technology Services in Dubai and SS Legal & Management Consultancy FZ, Italian SSPORTS.

Mahmoud managed to Provide legal advice to many Emirati clubs such as Al Nasr, Al Wasl and Shabab Al Ahli Dubai.

Participates in the development and amendment of several regulations of the UAE Football Association and the UAE Professional League.

He legally represented and pleaded before FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber on many different occasions on behalf of Sports Clubs from the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
