I am using a story about a bike ride I had the other day to test out formatting.
My Morning Bike Ride[edit]
This morning I went for a bike ride in Forest Park and saw lots of people.
When Matt tricks you[edit]
Matt lied and told me they were running 80 min and I believed him, even though I knew that those guys were racing in the Greenville dual he next day. I chalked it up to being tired at the end of a long bike ride.

When no one waves back[edit]
I saw lots of different groups of guys on my bike ride but only some of them waved because not all of them recognized me with a helmet on.
