Mohd fazal (born 10 April 1965,-2001 Mehndhar, Poonch, India) is a social reformer,thinker and administrator[1] of Jammu and Kashmir State.

Early life

[2]Mohd fazal was born in sanghiote , a village near Loc in Poonch in Jammu and Kashmir . His father, Talib din was a prominent educator. [3] fazal Was marriad with shamim akhter Daughter of Gulab din[retired tehsildar] of distt.poonch.

Police career

As a Law Graduate from Alighar Muslim University, he began his career in Jammu and Kashmir Police as a assistant sub inspector Police in 1989.But later he done ips in 1994 batch.and appointed as superendient of police In police.He served in a number of assignments, as the District Police Chief of Jammu, Poonch, Kathua, Udhampur including Senior Superintendent of Police, Srinagar in Kashmir and also as SSP Vigilance Jammu and CID SB Jammu. His last position was as same as appointed superendient Of police. But on 01 sep.2001.Some unknown gunmen shot him dead.
