The box displayed is the result of using {{Guideline list}}. I can tinker with the code and see how it affects the box by using the code below. Guideline list is a template, and I need a similar template, and that's what a sandbox is for right? Here's the code:

Style-guideline

The Manual of Style is connected exactly the way I want my pages to connect to one another. It looks like it allows for serious cross referencing and everything. Here's the code from {{subst:Style-guideline}}:

Footers

I'm also trying to understand automagically including footers on related pages. I'm sure a template is the way to do all of these things, but I'm still trying to see how it works.
