Here my search for an article related to timings of shops . When any shop or business establishment is granted a licence for the respected area timings of open and closing is not mentioned .Due to this the shopkeeper is an aware about when to close his shop and faces a fine or any action by police .There are no article or any wri~~~~tten information about such problems the police.Hence there is always a question of about what should be right time for business hours
