 MrSako12 has mainly stuck to commenting on multiple videos. One of his most popular comments being "What if Area 51 is hiding the new System Of A Down album?", commented on "System Of A Down - Chop Suey! (Official Video), which was then changed to say, "Editing your comment so the replies don't make sense".

 He mainly focuses on uploading strange, creepy, and shocking videos. He has 32 subscribers. He has 4 other accounts, (Mr Sako2, Mr Sako3, Death Monkey, and The Goat), and is currently working on a web series. He has an abandoned Twitch account, an abandoned Discord account, and an abandoned Twitter account. He has just recently started a new Twitter account.

 He is rumored to have a Facebook account with a code name, but nobody knows the name. He had 5 other accounts, but they are anonymous, and nobody knows the name of them. It is rumored those 5 other accounts relied on low budget clickbait, top 10 lists, badly written/low budget short films, and cringe roleplays, which is believed to be why he keeps them a secret, in order to hide his possibly regretful past. His real identity has yet to be revealed.

 Not many people know about him, but thousands have seen his comments, and many have different takes on them. Some agreeing with what he say's, while others don't. But they all agree that he's brave to come out and comment things such as "I like turkey sandwiches" and "Ha! I replied to my own comment with a second account".
