Aquarium Drunkard is a music blog started in 2005 by Justin Gage. It is updated daily and features interviews, reviews of records and live shows, bootleg recordings, ticket give-aways, and sessions recorded live in-studio. Regular features include Sevens (which evaluates the writers' favorite songs), Off the Record (which features off-the-beaten-path sights in major cities, written by musicians from those cities), and Scratch the Surface (which examines the relationship between an album and its cover).
In addition to the website, Aquarium Drunkard hosts a weekly show on Sirius Satellite Radio on Fridays at noon (EST) on the Left of Center channel.
Aquarium Drunkard often presents shows in Los Angeles[1], New Orleans[2], and Athens, GA.
Aquarium Drunkard founder Justin Gage also owns and operates Autumn Tone Records.
