===== This was an organ that was formed in the Loss Angels police department in the United States of America.
This organ was subjected to different tasks in the security organs of the states. According to the initiator Samuel-El-Jackson this was to help on the Bio-Kinetic external disastrous forces of the upper world because by then, there was a hipper desire for the upper world to conquer earth and this was accelerated by the availability of supreme arms of the upper world.
The upper world, irrespective of the earth they had disastrous nuclear war-heads , bio kinetic bombs among other destructive artilleries which they hopped would destroy the whole universe in less than a day. These had a strong military force which was comprised of more than 2million armed men and these were termed as the "KITAULIES" accordingly.............
