My professional strengthen / seven years experience of Human Resource & Project Management and implementation, Human Rights, Community Mobilization, Capacity Building, Social Mobilization, desk/field research, data analysis, / reports writing, liaison development with line department.

Practically, my major experience has been gained by working in rural/urban set-up versatile multidisciplinary academic background that enabled me to achieve set targets in development. I have done M.sc (Rural Sociology) As Project Coordinator, Master Trainer, Team Leader BISP (Lahore ,Vehari and Khanewal ), I have conducted & organized capacity building trainings (Staff Training, Teachers Training and Community trainings) completed researches and well knowledge Social Mobilization and community participation to enhance ownership of the programme.
