Noratecan

Noratecan is a camptothecin (CPT) derivative with anticancer activity. Noratecan is a DNA topoisomerase inhibitor, structurally similar to Dxd, the main payload in Trastuzumab Deruxtecan.

Vidunderlig Pharmaceuticals AS, a start-up pharmaceutical company based in Oslo- the capital of Norway- is developing Noratecan for the treatment of various cancers, including triple negative breast cancer and cervical cancer.^[1]
