The article seems fairly repetitive. For instance, each section begins with "Benowa has..." or "Benowa is..." Perhaps the article needs more creative phrasing to draw the reader's attention. The article consists of historical and updated current information, which thoroughly educates the audience. It is easy to read and straight-forward. It is neutral and does not seem opinionated.
