This is a group of guys who learned at St. Michael's College till the year 1998 for their Advance Level Studies in 1998. Since 1998 we have united our hands together to make a better bridge among school and old boys. It is a non-profit group that encourages it's members to take responsibilities to protect and develop their school, environment in physical and in ideologist factors. The initiative of the formation brings together volunteers from numerous backgrounds to promote awareness together. In addition, it offers small grants to eliminate failures, implement constructional development programs which also include an annual gathering of its members.
Primary Objective:[edit]
1.To make a better bridge between Friends of SMC98 2.To provide support and assistance to school towards betterment. 3.Being a role-model to other batches to be in network 4.To conduct projects to uplift our school and enrich the Batticaloa district
Secondary Objectives:[edit]
1.Building Better relationship with other SMC bodies such as OBA 2.Response on interest to request made and to support disasters. 3.To supporting friends in need on request.
