Nadeem Iftikhar was born to Iftikhar Ahmed and Rubina on 30 May 1995 in Karachi. His parents belonged to religious families from Karachi, Pakistan. After the formation of Pakistan in 1947, his Grand Father migrated to Pakistan and settled in Karachi.[14] Ifti"s grandfather, Muhammad Bashir , was Grand Mufti of the town of Karachi, Pakistan and his maternal grandfather Hajji Muhammad Bashir was a reputed religious scholar in Karachi.[15]
