Biography

he was born in at Kawempe, Kampala District in uganda . went to Kawempe Muslim Primary School, Kawempe Muslim Secondary School and later graduated with Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University and persuaded a Masters degree in the same University with emphasis on Human Rights.

He served as a youth Councilor and Speaker of Kawempe Division between the years 2006 to 2011 before fully joining law practicing in Kampala ,. he is more engaged in the activism of human rights and Pan Africanism.

Nalukoola is among the few outspoken lawyers in the city of Kampala having won many high profile cases. he is also the director of legal affairs in Kapalaga Heart Foundation , legal advisor in the uganda journalist association amongst others.
