Kotte Narasimharao is the name, it stands for the native as kotte and narasimharao meaning is the real version of lion in human behavior. He born at nellore, his mother name is Lakshmi and his father name is narayana. He has two siblings one brother and one sister. Unfortunately he lost his brother Mr.Kotte Rajashekhar(20) in a road accident. Before that itself he lost his mother and father at childhood.

  • Filing required forms with SEC such as 10-Q, 10-K, S-1, 20-F and 40-F.

Communication Skills Tests - Versant & Belit Guidelines:

Versant Test: It is a listening and speaking test for 20 minutes. Candidates are judged on Reading,

Repeating the sentences, Short Questions, Jumbled sentences, Story Retelling, Open Questions etc.

We would recommend you to go through the sample test for Versant and prepare accordingly prior to

Belit Test (Listening and Reading)

Listening: Round consists of 16 questions which consist of three parts Picture, Question, Short

Conversation & Long Conversation and the time allotted would be 15 minutes.

Tips :

Be absolutely alert when you hear the recording

If you miss something, don’t let that affect the next question.  


Reading: You will have 15 minutes to complete the 16 questions in this section. Once you have

answered a question, you may not go back to review or change your answer, The questions are based

on a variety of reading materials, including magazine articles, email messages, charts, and memos.  


There are three types of reading questions:

General Comprehension, Vocabulary, Pronoun Reference.

Tips :

Time management is critical.

•Look at the question before reading the paragraph.

•Skim the passage and scan for the answers.

•You should base your answers to the questions solely on what is stated or implied in the passages.

•Don't waste time memorizing details.

•Spend more time on answering the questions than on reading the text.

•While reading the paragraph, answer the questions.  


Note: Attempt all the questions   since we don’t have any negative marking for Belit.  


Technical Assessment Test: Financial Accounting, Logical Reasoning and Excel

These tests are mandatory in the recruitment process. The processing of your application

further depends on your scores in these tests.

 If you clear the first round, then only you can attend the next. For each test there is time

setting in the left side of the computer. Pls keep a tab of time & try to finish within that.

For the versant round, when you speak make sure you do not use too many fillers. You

should be audible, fluent and confident on whatever you speak.

There are no negative marks for any of the rounds.
