TempleOS is a religiously inspired[2] operating system developed entirely by Terry A. Davis[3] over more than a decade.[4] [Recreational programming]. [Non-networked]. Many programs have been created for it[5], including one named AfterEgypt made for the purpose of divination.[6] Described as an oracle, it strings together pseudo-random words from within the bible, or alternatively, complete passages. It is thus a virtual execution of the act of opening the bible to a random page in search of meaning, with the advantage that the person is blind of what section they are opening up. An offering or covenant is meant to be offered along with a question, which can be simple praise for something that exists, such as "sand castles, popcorn, snowmen, and bubbles"[7]. [Irreligious merits of the operating system].
