The Main Concepts

   * Egyptian society suffers not from unemployment but the lack of skilled employment.
   * Human resources should be considered true assets for development not a burden.
   * The future holds several job opportunities, and we should be ready.
   * Our society possesses all required qualification to build itself.
   * Invest in human resources rather than facilities
   * The society has the main responsibility to support development.
   * Deficiency in education could be improved by objective training.
   * By dividing large work load to small ones we could deal with it easier.
   * Re-enlightening youth with new work concepts should precede the rehabilitation.
