Netstreit Corporation is a publicly traded real estate investment trust that owns and manages a well-diversified portfolio of free-standing, single-tenant commercial retail properties throughout the United States that are subject to Single Tenant Net Leases.[1][2][3]

Netstreit focuses on tenants in recession-resistant industries, in which a physical location is critical to generate sales and profits, such as essential goods and services.[4][5] The corporation’s principal office is located in Dallas, Texas.[6][2][7][3]

History

Netstreit was founded in Dallas, Texas on December 23, 2019.[2] The corporation became publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange via an initial public offering on August 13, 2020 under the symbol NTST.[2][4] [8]
