Introduction
[edit]Welcome! I'm Nicholas, but Nick is just fine! Currently pursuing an Undergraduate Degree in Economics, I am taking a CIS 2050 course in addition to several other courses during this summer.
Personal Life
[edit]Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, I'm a city boy with a curiosity for visiting different places and cultures. Some of the highlights include climbing the Great Wall of China, visiting Pearl Harbor in Hawaii and driving from Toronto to Disney World in Florida.
My most prized and sentimental possession would be my pet turtle of 16 years, which I never ended up naming because I didn't know if it was a boy or girl.
My goal for the end of the summer is to learn how to drive a standard car smoothly without everyone inside suffering from whiplash.
Education and Academic Career
[edit]For high school, I attended Upper Canada College in Toronto, Ontario. (Picture Above) During my final two years in high school, I also completed the International Baccalaureate Program. Originally undertaking my Undergraduate Degree in Environmental Engineering, I subsequently switched to Economics where I am in the midst of completing second and third year courses.
Hobbies

Formula 1: In-Depth
[edit]- For those unfamiliar with this sport, Formula 1 is a branch of motorsports. To illustrate the degree of performance of these modern machines, the tyres and brakes have minimal grip until operating temperatures reach a window of 900 to 1200 degrees centrigrade [1].
