Hollywood Kills is a horror film released in 2009.[1] It was directed by Sven Pape and written by Nicholas David Brandt.[2] Film centers on four people who unwittingly place themselves at the mercy of a deranged producer.[3]
Plot
[edit]James Dell and Vaughn Mason travel from Texas to Hollywood to meet up with James's sister Sarah and see the sights. The first sight they see is Sarah's actress roommate Chantelle Sholay; Vaughn is instantly smitten. At a trendy Hollwood club, the four cross paths with Ken Vincent and Nate Folds, two minor Hollywood players. Vincent and Folds promise the four a night they won't forget if they agree to accompany them to an after party. The pair actually work for Francis Fenway, one time Hollywood hotshot whose ego and narcissitic tendencies created a rift between him and the powers-that-be and that rift eventually cost Fenway much of his sanity. After his falling out, Fenway turned to a new form of entertainment he'd crafted -- horror reality. Fenway asks Sarah, Chantelle, Vaughn and James what they want out of life and uses this wish to craft their torture as, all the while, the cameras keep rolling. [4] [5]
