My interest in editing was inspired by the 'Women in Wikipedia Edit-a-thon' seeking to improve the representation of women as presented by Sydney University Press and the University Library in March, 2018. The project page is Wikipedia:Meetup/Sydney/USyd2018. As a Wikipedia editor I hope to positively contribute towards increasing the coverage of women's topics in Wikipedia as Wikipedia has fewer and less extensive articles about women or topics important to women.
