’’’Nifty Neb’’’ is the GamerTag of a gamer born and raised in London, England. He may also be known as ‘Neb Zero’, ‘NZ’ or ‘Neb of the Nifty Variety’. His Gamer Profile was created in late September, a few days after the record-breaking ‘Halo 3’ release. This may be linked with the date of birth of the gamer being on the 12th September although for privacy reasons the year can not be given out.

The Name

The name Nifty Neb was created by arranging the three letters of the gamer’s name backwards. B-e-n becomes N-e-b. The ‘Nifty’ comes from the characteristics of himself, mainly in terms of speed, agility and nimbleness. This may also refer to game-play as well.

MLG

Nifty Neb is a pro gamer, but has to this date, gone unnoticed by the eyes of MLG (Major League Gaming). His main game is Halo 3. His favourite MLG pro is Tom Taylor, also known as ‘TSquared’ from the team ‘Str8 Rippin’ and his favourite team is ‘Final Boss’. Reasons are unknown.

Gameplay

Neb is considered to be an all-rounder in terms of positional tactics. He shows a wide range of skills across the field. He doesn’t specialize in a specific region; he can adjust and show high quality skills in all areas. Sniping is one of the things that Neb does exquisitely. He can also go out, guns blazing, showing brute force in close-range combat and hot spots. Nifty Neb also shows first-class accuracy with mid-range weapons such as the Battle Rifle and Carbine. In addition, the gamer shows definite signs of well placed grenades, pulling off multi-frag kills and sick sticks.

Advancement

This player has improved greatly over the past months of playing. At first he pulled off high killing sprees, plentiful multi-kills and a high kill/death ratio. Now those killing sprees have risen massively, the multi-kills are coming thick and fast and the kill/death ratio is off the chart.

Team & Other Accounts

Nifty Neb has created a few ‘one month accounts’ to show how much he has improved to himself and to others. These accounts included ‘A Beef Burger’ and ‘neb killed you’. Nifty’s team consists of only two other players, ‘dazferrari’ and ‘St Jimmy B’, although he does tend to play a lot with and against the ‘OGx’ clan. Recent additions to Nifty's evergrowing clan include 'a lump of cube', a prolific rookie clan member, and 'Rikrok777' one of the finest black players to ever get a 5 MVP streak.

Completion

After completing the campaign on normal difficulty a day after purchase, then chased after legendary difficulty. All was complete except ‘The Ark’ because of problems with the disk. He overcame these problems and was awarded with legendary status. After completing this, with help from friends, he went after 100% completion which would unlock him the katana which can be worn in matchmaking and the scout helmet. This came fairly quickly with the exception of the ‘two for one’ achievement. No attempt at SLASO or CLASO has been made as yet.
