  • Please identify which page you will be updating---maybe Cannabis and memory or Effects of cannabis or someting else?
  • Section header should be double or triple == signs
  • if this is a new section, maybe call it ==Prevalence of Marijuana Use==; that is clearer that ==Prevalence of Marijuana== and the 'in recent years' is sort of redundant
  • The content does not really match the first half of this; maybe add these to two different sections?

Prevalence of Marijuana in recent years[edit]

SAMHSA *Difference between this estimate and the 2010 estimate is statistically significant at the .05 level.

Ronald K. Siegel suggests that inebriation is the "fourth drive", arguing that humans seek mind-altering substances (psychoactive drugs) so much that it rivals with a human's desire to find shelter, or satisfy hunger and thirst.[1] In recent years NIDA and SAMHSA has found a rising percent of American 12th graders have used marijuana in the last 30 days.[2] [3] Worldwide UNODC has also seen an increase of marijuana users, while most other drug uses have seen a decline.[4]
