I am a jack-of-all trades and a master of one or two ;) As a profesional musician and producer of conntemporary music I have acquired a few things along the path of life. In my journey, doing many things I have settled on a couple that are my love and I am very good at, which are music (composition) and computer programing (specifically web work.)
I am a composer who composes electronic and chamber music and have had my composition performed around the world. As a producer, I have produced and instigated more than 100 concerts around the world including New York City, London, Munich, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Sydney, Bucahrest, Istanbul, and many others. I have instigated more than 10 concert series and 3 radio shows. I have a great deal of experience listening to contemporary music and have served as a judge on several music panels and serve on several organizational boards for new music organizations. I am a huge advocate of contemporary music and my personal mission is to broaden the content on Wikipedia in this field. It is my passion and my love.
As for my second expertise, I have been a computer programmer since 1982. I know many different computer languages including HTML, Perl, C, and assembler as well as a slough of others. With some graphic design skills I picked upped along the way, I have developed, designed, and managed several websites.
My writing skills are marginal at best and my editorial skills are wanting; however, I am a quick study. Please be patient with me and give me advice and tips and I will endeavor to be a good Wikipedian. I am a HUGE crusader of contemporary music, and will defend the field and its members to my dying breath. I have noticed more articles can be written in Wikipedia on the subject, so I am trying to be bold and do what I can.
