Greetings, fellow user. I am a sixteen-year old amateur biologist from Pretoria, South Africa. Fields of biology that I a share an especially keen interest in are: zoology (particularly herpetology), palaeontology, anatomy, botany, ecology and prehistory. As may name might suggest, dinosaurs (particularly dromaeosauridae [known colloquially as "raptors"], and theropods in general), pterosaurs and plesiosaurs are included in my niche of favouritism and curiosity.
As has been revealed above, I currently hold no professional degree in any of the above fields, however, I am a dilligent and studious pupil who hopes to increase his knowledge and awareness of this fantastic world around him. I also hope to be able to give back or contribute in some way, and I understand that, on Wikipedia, there is a need for such people.
My hobbies include reading, biology research, sketching/drawing, creative writing (primarily prose), jogging/running, playing guitar and composing songs on it, and gaming (I am most fond of adventure, role-playing game, race simulator and real-time strategy genres)
I am a Christian who is against the theory of evolution. However, I am not a creationist. Rather, I advocate the proven science behind Old Earth creation (informally known as "true creation" in some circles), a less popular creation belief. Still, I don't judge people on what they believe, so, please, don't feel afraid to approach me! I don't bite. :3
