The H.R will help in setting the guidelines for performance of individual and as a whole system for successful business. With the help of H.R policies we will spread the awareness among the people about the luxuries hotel systems. H.R policies about the development of goals and providing basic recommendations those help in establishing hotel systems at the international level also. H.R polices will give the sectors about social, environmental and economic. These three play main role in generating benefits in system of independent hotel system. It will also help in reducing negative impacts of these three areas on independent hotel system. Therefore, the contribution of H.R and its policies in the development of independent hotel will be more active and more accountable.

	≈ H.R policies will give the monitoring system for the hotel, that permit hotel to go on in the way they feel more comfortable.
	≈Another part where the H.R policies again play its role is about the implementing of all the rules regulation.
