Pending changes backlog display

A display box is available for the use of pending changes reviewers. It indicates the current size of the review queue. The information is normally updated several times an hour by DatBot.

There are three versions:

• A one-line display: {{Pending Changes backlog}}
• A compact one-line display: {{Pending Changes backlog-short}}
• A vertical box similar to the vandalism "Defcon" indicator: {{Pending Changes backlog-defcon}}
