I’m an avid researcher from Southwestern Ontario and an expert on the English language (although my first language is Scots), speaking many other languages with varying levels of skill too. I’m especially talented with ancient languages in the western branches of the Indo-European family like Classical Latin (which I’ve been speaking since childhood) and Attic Greek.

To me, history is a living thing. It should be loved and nurtured the same as we do with culture. For better or worse, history — like culture — is a part of our lives: a part of who we are. This is just one of my many reasons for contributing to Wikipedia, but it’s an important one at that.

Of course, there is always another good reason to edit. It’s called “I dislike their grammar,” lol.
