Born and raised in New York, Russell the writer of the storyline while God is the controler of the Tell All Weekly Series began writing the Tell All Weekly Series in late 2007. He had a somewhat quiet, yet peculiar childhood. He mainly isolated himself from others outside him, but wasn't anti social. He was just a quiet child who stayed to himself.

Summory:
The Tell All Weekly Series is a reality based storyline uncovering and unmasking society that we don't know, ugly moments and serene moments. It's main point is to uncover the corruption society has begun to do, but is also to uncover the good that's in it. Many consider the Tell All Weekly Series an enemy and threat of society by those who refuse to account for their own poor choices in life. The Tell All Weekly Series begins in New York, Long Island, but continues throughout the earth in several countries like England, New Zealand, Russia, China, Japan and Australia.

Content:
The characters in the Tell All Weekly Series range from specific people by name to media outlets on tv. This includes, Fox News Channel, MSNBC and CNN, which are the main news media outlets who claim to have a fair and balanced view of the news outlet and coverage. Fox News, a propagandizing "We have to hold them accountable" doesn't define public accountability, they only advertise. Many reporters, like Andrea Tantaros, Kimberly Guilfoyle, Bill O'Reilly and other reporters claim they're fair and balanced, but in fact are paid to constantly argue with certain people in society without actually causing progress to make society a better place to live in. In laymens terms, they don't know the definition of accountability.

Intention and point of the Tell All Weekly Series:
The intention of the Tell All Weekly Series is to define public accountability, contrar to Fox News' definition. In the Tell All Weekly Series, public accountability is done by mentioning every individual by name, first and last to warn society of their immature ways of being irresponsible. This is also defined in New Zealand on open uncensored radio as, "Which one of them would you let be in the same room as your child by themselves.....none of them."
