I have been only coming around sporadically as a registered user lately. I expect this to continue. I will continue as an anon to make minor edits (except in cases where a bigger edit might bring controversy). Good luck everybody. Pahoran513 20:29, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

Hello

[edit]

My name is Pahoran513. And I'm addicted to Wikipedia.

I feel Wikipedia is the best resource available on the Internet, and whenever something strikes my fancy or curiosity, I come here. I thank all of you out there, wherever you are, for editing this encyclopedia and improving it. I mean, Encyclopedia Britannica has nothing on this site.

About Me

[edit]

I am proud to be from Mesa, Arizona and have lived there (here?) all my life. I love history, religion, politics, the United States, and the United Nations. I am a firm believer in the UN system and am offended by those who wish the United States to get out of the UN(to quote a bumper sticker I saw recently at a fast food drive-in) as the United Nations does so much more good than the United States can do on its own. However, this does not mean I love the US any less than he did, nor do I love it any less than George Washington. I am a proud Latter-day Saint and my edits tend to reflect that in a (hopefully) NPOV manner. I spend most of my time watching and editing those pages, but I hope to be more involved in articles about Arizona and the United Nations.

I play the cello--I don't play sports. But I do love watching a good college football game. My favorite teams you ask? The ASU Sun Devils and whoever plays U of A. But hey, I know plenty of Wildcats and they aren't so bad. I also spend too much time editing this blasted encyclopedia--I don't do much else on the Internet other than check my e-mail--but hey, I learn something every day.

Role Models (or those who I wish to emulate)

Anything Wrong?

[edit]

Then let me know on my talk page. You will find I am quite reasonable and willing to compromise. I appreciate any comments or corrections as I feel they help me be a better editor, better informed person, and generally a better guy all around.
