Marina Orlova was born on March, 25th, 1986 in Russia

She had written her first song when she was 3 years old. (Later this lullaby became a sound-track to a TV series where she stared in) Marina graduated from two musical schools with degrees in classical piano and modern jazz vocals.

When she was 16 years old, she ran away from her home and went to Moscow to become an actress with only $200 in her pocket. She was admitted to the most prestigious theatrical colleges in Moscow and graduated in 2006 with honors from the Theatrical University of Stanislavsky with a master degree in theatrical studies. She had performed in Stanislavsky Theater right after the graduation and in 2007 she stared in her 1st major film. As of today, she had been in over 35 major films, hosted her own TV shows and radio programs.

Big breakthrough in her career came in February 2008, when the former president of Russian Federation Dmitri Medvedev had mentioned that Marina was the favorite actress of his mother. In 2008 Marina began to appear on covers of popular newspapers and major magazines and work on film projects in US, France, China and Ukraine. In July 2012 Marina Orlova also received “Love of People” award. Now Marina lives in Los Angeles, she is recording her album and advancing her acting career in Hollywood.
