Mahamba is a reptile cryptid said to inhibit in the Democratic Republic of the Congo resembling a crocodile.[1][2][3] Mahambas are reported to differ from the Nile crocodile.[3] The animals are reported to have much greater length than a crocodile[3] i.e. 15m.[1] The creatures are said to be carnivorous, even man-eater.[3] They reportedly dig long underground tunnels having length of 50m to 1000 m.[4]
