I am working at CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research where I am heading the Scientific Information Service. I am involved in the open-access initiative SCOAP3 as a member of its Executive Committee and in the INSPIRE Collaboration as member of its governance board. My edits in Wikipedia will mainly concern public figures in the area of particle physics or initiatives and trends in the area of open access, open science or scholarly communication in general.
