Uukule Senior Secondary School
[edit]Uukule is a secondary school situated in the northern part of Namibia in Oshikoto Region's Onyaanya Constituency. Uukule was established and officially opened in 1990 after the independence of Namibia[1].Uukule was named after the death of the king Nehoya Andreas who was the king of Ondonga[2]. It consist of a large numbers of learners from different tribe. Uukule is a highly recognised secondary within the community with a high pass rate. It consist of grade from grade 8-12 enrolling into different field of study, for instance, Science, Commerce and Social Education[3]. Uukule consist of two blocks hostels, one for boys and the other one for ladies[4]. Water and electricity is highly available as well as foods are well prepared.
