About me
I am a PhD student at Uppsala University, in the department of Cell and Molecular Biology (ICM) since September 15, 2021. I am member of the Molecular Evolution research program at ICM. I am assembling de novo genomes of lines of Droshophila paulistorum and Wolbachia that infect them, and I use a comparative genomics approach to unveil the molecular mechanisms of Wolbachia infection in these flies.
