Paramza Kofi Hamza is a young Ghanaian politician and entrepreneur.He was born at Asuoyeboah a suburb in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana on 24th May 1980 to Hajia Halimatu Sadia Hanifa Toure and Alhaji Hamza Mohammed Maiga.

In 2014,Paramza contested for the position of Deputy National Comminication Officer on the ticket of the National Democratic Congress but he was unsuccessful.

Paramza Kofi Hamza Maiga attended University of Ghana from 2003-2008 where he successfully did his first degree in Political Science. He is a real estate developer, transporter and a communicator.

Paramza is married to Fauzia Shaibu, a professional Nurse and they have three children.

Prior to the 2019 NDC presidential primaries, Paramza was a key advocate of Prof Joshua Alabi presidency until they fell out later. He later supported Former president John Mahama who eventually won the primaries with landslide.
